Exchange terms
If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please contact us by e-mail. Keep in mind that the shipment will not be free. We will charge you actual shipping costs (including VAT).

The costs of returning the watch will be paid by the customer. Please use the registered post (“recommandé”) of your national postal system. We will not accept charges for any courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) shipments in any circumstances.

Returned goods will only be accepted in unworn and undamaged state in the original packaging. Returned goods must be packaged properly.


Returns terms
In case that you do not wish to keep your watch for any reason, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days from the day of delivery.

The costs of returning the watch will be paid by the customer. Please request our return number by e-mail before sending the goods.

The refund will be transferred through the same payment system that was used during the purchase.

Tax
Customers with the delivery address outside the European Union (EU) are exempt from the Dutch value-added tax (VAT) of 19%. See also Shipment calculator.

Purchases made by customers outside the EU, may be a subject to the import tax and VAT in the country of destination.

We will not process any requests to mark your purchases as “gift”.
